Refund policy
Returns
We accept returns for unopened and unused products within 30 days of purchase. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at admin.managementgrooming.com with your order number and reason for return.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange a product for the same item, please contact us at admin.managementgrooming.com
Return Shipping
You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
